(b) Inhibition rates of SGC-7901 after treatment with different concentrations of NVD (1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 μg/mL) for 48 h. One representative result from three independent experiments with similar outcomes is shown. Data are presented as the mean ± SD and statistical significance was determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s test ( compared to the PBS control).
