Bold values indicate statistical significance ().A” values in the MRPP test greater than 0 indicated that the intergroup difference is greater than the intragroup difference, but “A” values less than 0 indicated that the intragroup difference is greater than intergroup difference. In the ANOSIM test, R > 0 indicated that the differences between the groups were larger than the differences within the groups. The larger R2 value in the ADONIS test indicated a better explanation for the classified difference. MRPP: multiresponse replacement process; AMOVA: analysis of molecular variance; ANOSIM: analysis of similarity; ADONIS: analysis of distance matrices.
