Zanthoxylum bungeanum Seed Oil Attenuates LPS-Induced BEAS-2B Cell Activation and Inflammation by Inhibiting the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB Signaling Pathway

ZBSO protects BEAS-2B cells from LPS-induced oxidative stress. DCFH-DA staining (a, b) was used to detect intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), and the levels of the antioxidants SOD (c), GSH (d), and MDA (e) were detected using a commercial kit. The experiment was repeated three times. The results are expressed as the mean ± SD; and versus the control group; and versus the LPS group.
