Anti-Inflammatory Effects of <i>Lagerstroemia ovalifolia</i> Teijsm. & Binn. in TNF<i>α</i>/IFN<i>γ</i>-Stimulated Keratinocytes

<div>Inhibitory effects of LOC on the JAK/STAT1 and PI3K/AKT pathways. HaCaT cells were preincubated with LOC for 1 h and then treated with TNF<i>α</i>/IFN<i>γ</i> for 2 h. The p-JAK, pSTAT1, PI3K p-p85, and p-AKT protein levels were determined with an immunoblot assay. The data are presented as the mean ± SEM of three samples.
