The cytotoxicity of CPP on lymphocyte. The lymphocytes from mice were treated with different doses of CPP (400, 200, 100, and 50 μg/mL) for 48 h. The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay and calculated as follows: cell viability = OD450 nm values of cells with CPP treatment ÷ OD450 nm values of control cells without treatment. The results are shown as mean ± SD, n = 6.
