The proliferation promotion effect of CPP on lymphocytes. The lymphocytes were treated with LPS (2 μg/mL) in the presence or absence of CPP (200 μg/mL) for 48 h. The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay and calculated as follows: cell viability = OD450 nm values of cells with treatment ÷ OD450 nm values of control cells without treatment.
