Herbal Prescription SH003 Alleviates Docetaxel-Induced Neuropathic Pain in C57BL/6 Mice

Docetaxel injection induced mechanical allodynia in C57BL/6 mice. The mice were divided into “Control” (n = 6) and “Docetaxel” (n = 6). Docetaxel was intravenously injected via tail vein of C57BL/6 mice on the 1^st day, and mechanical allodynia threshold by von Frey filament was followed up. Mean mechanical threshold (a) and body weight (b).
