Herbal Prescription SH003 Alleviates Docetaxel-Induced Neuropathic Pain in C57BL/6 Mice

Effect of SH003 administration on the expression of NF-κB and STAT3 in lumbar (L4-L6) spinal cord and sciatic nerves of DIPN mice. At the end of the experiment, lumbar (L4-L6) spinal cord and sciatic nerves were isolated. Total proteins were extracted and separated by SDS-PAGE. Expression of NF-κB and STAT3 from spinal cord (a) and sciatic nerves (b) was analyzed by western blotting. GAPDH was used as internal marker.
