Antiviral Effect of Hyunggaeyungyo-Tang on A549 Cells Infected with Human Coronavirus

<div>SRB assay of HGYGT in A549 cells. Cell viability was assessed by SRB assay at concentrations of 100 <i>μ</i>g/mL, 200 <i>μ</i>g/mL, 300 <i>μ</i>g/mL, 400 <i>μ</i>g/mL, and 500 <i>μ</i>g/mL. The results were calculated as a percentage for the control group and presented as mean ± SEM.</div>
