The cytotoxicity of Ampelopsin to normal human renal cells and RCC cells. (a- b) Normal kidney cell line HK-2 was treated with Ampelopsin (0, 10, 25, 50, and 100 uM) for 24 h and 48 h, and then the cell proliferation was detected by MTT analysis. (c-d) Human RCC cells 786-O were treated with Ampelopsin (0, 10, 25, 50, and 100 uM) for 24 h and 48 h, followed by MTT analysis to assess cell proliferation. ; .
