Leptochloa inhibits the metastasis of RCC 786-O cells. (a) Cell migration was detected by the wound healing assay in 786-O cells treated with different concentrations of lathyrol (0, 1000, 3000, and 9000 μg/ml). (b) Cell invasion was detected by the transwell assay in 786-O cells treated with different concentrations of lathyrol (0, 1000, 3000, and 9000 μg/ml).  < 0.05 and  < 0.01.
