Leptochloa regulates the mTOR pathway in RCC 786-O cells. The protein expression of mTOR and p-mTOR was measured in 786-O cells treated with different concentrations of lathyrol (0, 1000, 3000, and 9000 μg/ml).  < 0.05 and  < 0.01.
