Ginkgolic acid inhibits the tumorigenic ability. (a). Ginkgolic acid inhibited the tumor volume, while pcDNA3.1-MALAT1 enhanced the tumor volume; (b) ginkgolic acid inhibited the tumor weight, while pcDNA3.1-MALAT1 enhanced the tumor weight; (c) the expression of lncRNA MALAT1 was remarkably reduced by ginkgolic acid; (d) the protein expression of JAK2 was significantly inhibited by ginkgolic acid, however, was partially reversed after lncRNA MALAT1 overexpression.
