Mogroside V Alleviates Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Neuroinflammation via Inhibition of TLR4-MyD88 and Activation of AKT/AMPK-Nrf2 Signaling Pathway

Mog attenuates LPS-induced iNOS, COX-2, and HMGB1 proteins expression in BV-2 cells. (a) BV-2 cells were pretreated with Mog (0, 6.25, 12.5, and 25 μM) for 2 h followed by stimulation with LPS (0.5 μg/mL) for additional 18 h. The expression levels of iNOS, COX-2, and HMGB1 were analyzed by western blot. (b–d) Quantification of relative protein expression was performed by densitometric analysis. Similar results were obtained from three independent experiments. The values presented are the means ± SEM.  < 0.05 and  < 0.01 versus control group; # < 0.05 and ## < 0.01 versus LPS group.
