Effect of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells Transplantation on Cartilage Tissue in Rabbit Knee Osteoarthritis

Experimental design. (a) The right hind limb of rabbits was positioned by plaster immobilization for 6 weeks. After the KOA model was built successfully, each intervention group was given different intervention in the same experimental environment, with 7 days as one course of treatment and the total of 2 courses. The next day after the treatment, knee joint structure and function were evaluated. (b) Photo of the 3rd-generation BMSCs under a light microscope. (c) Photo of warm acupuncture treatment.
