Pharmacological Mechanisms Underlying the Hepatoprotective Effects of <i>Ecliptae herba</i> on Hepatocellular Carcinoma

<div>Wedelolactone and quercetin inhibited the PI3K/AKT pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines. (a) Western blot analysis showed that wedelolactone and quercetin inhibited the protein expression of p-PI3K p85 (Tyr467), p-PI3K p55 (Tyr199), and p-Akt (Ser473) in HepG2 cells. (b) Western blot analysis showed that wedelolactone and quercetin inhibited the protein expression of p-PI3K p85 (Tyr467), p-PI3K p55 (Tyr199), and p-Akt (Ser473) in Huh-7 cells.
