Alkaloid Extract of <i>Moringa oleifera</i> Lam. Exerts Antitumor Activity in Human Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer via Modulation of the JAK2/STAT3 Signaling Pathway

<div>MOAE inhibits migration of A549 cells. A549 cells were treated with MOAE (0, 100, or 200 <i>μ</i>g/mL) for 48 h. The cell migration was assessed by (a) wound-healing and (b) Transwell migration assays. (c) The expression of the migration-related proteins MMP2 and MMP9 was measured by western blotting assay, with <i>β</i>-actin as the loading control.
