Sa/DDP inhibits the proliferation of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells. (a) The proliferation ability of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells coincubated with Sa (0, 200, 400, and 600 µM) and 5 µM DDP for 72 h was evaluated through the colony formation assay. (b) The cell cycle changes of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells coincubated with Sa (0, 200, 400, and 600 µM) and 5 µM DDP for 72 h were evaluated by flow cytometry.
