Sa/DDP inhibits the migration of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells. (a) The migration ability of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells coincubated with Sa (0, 200, 400, and 600 µM) and 5 µM DDP for 24 h through the transwell assay (40x magnification) was evaluated. (b) The migration ability of the HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells coincubated with Sa (0, 200, 400, and 600 µM) and 5 µM DDP for 24 h was evaluated by the scratch assay (10x magnification).
