Ethanolic Fruit Extract of Emblica officinalis Suppresses Neuroinflammation in Microglia and Promotes Neurite Outgrowth in Neuro2a Cells

Cell viability after exposure to different EO crude fruit extract concentrations or LPS, determined by the XTT reduction assay. We treated the cells for 24 h or 48 h with varying concentrates of EO crude fruit extract (0.125, 0.25, 0.5, or 1 μg/mL) or LPS (1 μg/mL) before detecting cellular viability.
