Danggui Buxue Tang Rescues Folliculogenesis and Ovarian Cell Apoptosis in Rats with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

Identification and quantification of campanulin, ferulic acid and formononetin in DBT by HPLC analysis (1: campanulin, 2: ferulic acid, 3: formononetin). Mobile phase A was an 8.5% formic acid aqueous solution, and mobile phase B was formic acid/acetonitrile/methanol/water (8.5 : 22.5 : 22.5 : 41.5, ). The linear gradient program was as follows: 0–35 min from 7 to 25% B, 35–45 min from 25 to 65% B, 45–46 min from 65 to 100% B, and 46–50 min 100% B. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the absorption spectrum was recorded at 535 nm. The column was operated at a temperature of 30°C. Three replicates were performed in the analysis.
