Inhibition of p-AKT levels in IL-1β-induced SW1353 cells by total flavonoids of Rhizoma Drynariae (TFRD). Before stimulation with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 12 h, cells were pretreated with 150, 300, or 600 μg/mL TFRD for 1 h. Subsequently, the cells were lysed, and AKT and p-AKT (Ser473) were measured by Western blotting. The data are derived from three independent experiments and expressed as the mean ± standard deviation. ( < 0.01 compared with the control group; ^# < 0.05 compared with the IL-1β-treated group).
