Effects of Cii on liver histopathology in alcohol-induced rats. The cryotissues were sectioned and stained. Some sections were cut into slices (20 μm thick) and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E). The others were then cut into slices (17 μm thick) and stained with oil red O. Histopathological changes of liver tissues were visualized with an Olympus DP80 microscope.
