Effects of Water Extract of Cynanchum paniculatum (Bge.) Kitag. on Different Breast Cancer Cell Lines

Time dependent cytotoxicity of CP extract on different cell types of breast cancer. The LC50 of CP extract on different cell types were determined and used for time dependent assay. The concentrations of CP treated are MDA-MB-231: 2.7 mg/ml, MCF-7: 3.1 mg/ml, and SK-Br-3: 3.05 mg/ml. Cytotoxicity was tested using the CCK8 kit after treatment of CP for 24, 48, and 72 hours. The results were statistically analyzed by nonparametric Kruskal–Wallis test for ANOVA and Dunn’s post hoc pairwise comparison method. − < 0.01; − < 0.05.
