Immunoblotting studies of MMP-9, MMP-2, caspase-9, and cleaved caspase-3. Protein bands of different cell types of breast cancer treated with sup-Control, sup-CP, and dir-CP. The intensity of the bands was measured using ImageJ software. The results were statistically analyzed using post hoc pairwise comparisons for equal variance, i.e., Tukey’s method, and the comparison was made as untreated vs. treated samples.
