Protective Effect of the <i>Abelmoschus manihot</i> Flower Extract on DSS-Induced Ulcerative Colitis in Mice

<div>The effect of AM on the expression of the NLRP3 inflammasome and the <i>β</i>-arrestin1 signaling pathway in mice with DSS-induced colitis. The protein expression levels of NLRP3, ASC, caspase 1 p10, IL-1<i>β</i>, and IL-18 (a) in colonic tissue were measured by western blotting. The protein expression levels of NLRP3 (b), ASC (c), caspase 1 p10 (d), IL-1<i>β</i> (e), and IL-18 (f) were quantitated by Image software.
