Huiyang Shengji Extract Improve Chronic Nonhealing Cutaneous through the TGF-<i>β</i>1/Smad3 Signaling Pathway

<div>Effect of HSE on the expression of fibroblast phenotype transformation pathway-related proteins <i>α</i>-SMA, Smad3, c-Fos, and c-Jun. Western blot analysis of <i>α</i>-SMA, Smad3, p-Smad3, c-FOS, p-c-FOS, c-Jun, p-c-Jun, GAPDH. GAPDH was loading control. The relative protein levels were normalized to GAPDH and calculated by densitometry.
