<div>The prevention and treatment mechanism of YCHT on alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD). YCHT alleviated hepatocyte steatosis by reducing the expression of PPAR<i>γ,</i> which is related to the lipogenesis pathway, and increasing the expression of PPAR<i>α,</i> which is related to the lipolysis pathway, thereby improving AFLD.</div>
