PCB2 performs anti-apoptosis effect through Bcl-2 family in PA-induced HepG2 cells. (a) HepG2 cells were exposed to PA (125 μM) and treated by PCB2 (2.5, 5 and 10 μM) for 8 h. The mRNA levels of Bcl-2 and Bax were examined by qPCR. (b) HepG2 cells were exposed to drugs for 24 h. The protein levels of Bcl-2 and Bax were examined by western blotting.
