PCB2 suppresses ERS-mediated activation of NF-κB pathway and NLRP3 inflammasome in HepG2 cells. Cells were exposed to PA (125 μM) and treated by PCB2 (2.5, 5, and 10 μM) for 24 h. The protein levels were examined by Western blotting. (a) The protein levels of p-IKKα/β, IKKβ, p-NF-κB p65, and NF-κB p65.
