<div>QYLGT does not significantly induce apoptotic cell death in NPC cells. HONE-1 and NPC-TW01 cells were treated without (C=control) or treated with QYLGT (QY) and cisplatin (Cis), respectively. DNA fragmentation was detected by using DNA laddering assay ((a) for HONE-1 cells and (b) for NPC-TW01 cells).
