Gastric intestinal metaplasia: (−): There was no intestinal metaplasia in gastric mucosa; (+): The area of intestinal metaplasia occupies less than 1/3 of the total area; (++): The area of intestinal metaplasia occupies less than 2/3 of the total area; (+++): The area of intestinal metaplasia occupies more than 2/3 of the total area.
