Effects of JTYG and JTAFI plant extracts on THP-1 cells viability. THP-1 macrophages were grown in the presence of indicated concentrations of JTYG-Hex (a), JTAFI-Hex (b), JTYG-EE (c), and JTAFI-EE (d) extracts for 24 and 48 h. Cell viability was measured using the CCK-8 solution. Data are a summary of three independent experiments performed in duplicate and expressed as mean ± SD. < 0.05, < 0.01, < 0.0001 are significantly different from untreated cells.
