Inhibition of AChE activity of plant extracts. Column represents the inhibition percentage obtained with Blumea lacera (BL), Byttneria pilosa (BP), Clerodendrum infortunatum (CI), Cyclea barbata (CB), Mikania micrantha (MM), Smilax macrophylla (SM), Spermacoce articularis (SA), and Thunbergia grandiflora (TG). IC50 (µg/mL) of positive control galantamine for AChE inhibition assay was 0.92 ± 0.02 µg/mL. Mean values of three independent experiments have been plotted.
