The amplitudes of the P, QRS, and T waves, the duration of the RR interval, and then the heart rate were analyzed. Infusion of the extract caused a significant decrease in P wave and T wave at 80 mg/kg and then heart rate and a significant increase in RR interval at 20, 40, and 80 mg/kg. n = 4. ; ; ; (2-way ANOVA+ Kruskal–Wallis test).
