Protective Effects of Astragaloside IV on Uric Acid-Induced Pancreatic <i>β</i>-Cell Injury through PI3K/AKT Pathway Activation

<div>AS-IV had no obvious effect on Min6 cell viability. Min6 cells were stimulated with different concentrations of AS-IV. Then, Min6 cell viability was determined using the MTT assay. Data are expressed as mean ± SD.
