Cordycepin Inhibits the Growth of Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Regulating the Pathway of Aerobic Glycolysis

Cordycepin induces apoptosis in HCC-LM3 and Hep-G2. (a) 100 μg/mL cordycepin induces apoptosis in HCC-LM3 and Hep-G2. The apoptotic rate of HCC-LM3 and Hep-G2 cells was detected by flow cytometry. The effect of cordycepin on the expression of apoptosis-related protein in HCC-LM3 (b) and Hep-G2 (c) cells was detected by Western blotting. HCC-LM3 and Hep-G2 cells were treated with 0, 50, and 100 μg/mL cordycepin. Data are expressed as means ± SD. ; (vs. control group, n = 3).
