<div>The mRNA expression levels of TGF-<i>β</i>/Smad signalling pathway-related genes (<i>TGF-β1, Smad3/4</i>), fibrosis-related genes (<i>MMP9</i>), and ECM-related genes (<i>Col1a1</i>) were detected via RT-qPCR (<i>n</i> = 3/group).
