<i>Astragali Radix-Coptis Rhizoma</i> Herb Pair Attenuates Atherosclerosis in ApoE-/- Mice by Regulating the M1/M2 and Th1/Th2 Immune Balance and Activating the STAT6 Signaling Pathway
