In Vivo Anti-Inflammatory, Analgesic, Sedative, Muscle Relaxant Activities and Molecular Docking Analysis of Phytochemicals from <i>Euphorbia pulcherrima</i>

<div>Anti-inflammatory effect of spinacetin (1) and patuletin (2; 20 mg/kg) of the <i>E. pulcherrima</i> on carrageenan paw in mice. The obtained results are shown as ±SEM for six groups of animals. The analysis of data was induced paw edema in mice. The achieved results are shown as ±SEM for 6 groups of animals. The calculation was performed by ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s test.</div>
