Effects of pinocembrin on Nrf2/HO-1, pSTAT3, and K17 expression in human keratinocytes. HaCaT cells were pretreated with or without pinocembrin for 6 h and then cultured in the presence or absence of IFN-γ for 48 h. The expression levels of (a) HO-1, (b) nuclear Nrf2, (c) pSTAT3, and K17 were examined through Western blotting. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. and compared with the IFN-γ-alone group, determined using Student’s two-tailed t-test.
