Yijin-Tang Attenuates Cigarette Smoke and Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Mice

<div>YJT downregulated mRNA expression of inflammatory cytokines in the lung. Levels of IL-1<i>β</i> (a), IL-6 (b), TNF-<i>α</i> (c), and MCP-1 (d), measured by real-time PCR. CON, control; CS + LPS, CS/LPS-exposed mice; RO, roflumilast (10 mg/kg) + CS/LPS-exposed mice; YJT100, YJT (100 mg/kg) + CS/LPS-exposed mice; YJT200, YJT (200 mg/kg) + CS/LPS-exposed mice.
