The effect of diets on gut microbiota richness and diversity as well as microbiota composition at all taxonomic levels. Male C57BL/6 J mice were fed with a high-fat diet supplemented with CN1 or CN2 or CN6 extracts 5 mg/kg BW for 8 weeks. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 5). versus ND group; # versus HFD; $ versus CN6 group; and versus CN2 group.
