Although no significant or meaningful S-LN atrophic changes–changes on the total and cortex thicknesses, and lymphoid follicle numbers of S-LN were demonstrated in M 0.1 as compared to normal, noticeable S-LN atrophic changes, significant decreases of the total and cortex thicknesses, and lymphoid follicle numbers of S-LN were demonstrated in M 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 groups.
