CC50: concentration of G. resinaceum polysaccharide fractions leading to 50% of cell viability. Hela, MDA-MB 231, and HepG2 were incubated for 48 h with increasing concentrations (125–1000 µg/mL) of GRP, and the cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay. The results are expressed in percentage as the mean ± SD.
