A Herbal Mixture of Sesami Semen Nigrum and Longan Arillus Induces Neurite Outgrowth in Cultured Neurons and Shows Anti-Depression in Chronic Mild Stress-Induced Rats

<div>HPLC fingerprints of extracts of Sesami Semen Nigrum and Longan Arillus. The ethanolic extracts of Sesami Semen Nigrum (10 mg/mL) and Longan Arillus (100 mg/mL) were subjected to HPLC chromatograms with a DAD detector at an absorbance of 285 nm and 260 nm, respectively.
