PNP attenuated the expression of cytokines in the kidney tissues induced by CLP in vivo. The expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 levels in kidney tissues was determined by immunohistochemical staining. The results shown are representative of at least three independent experiments. Scale bar: 10 μm.
