The Role of Deep Geofluids in the Enrichment of Sedimentary Organic Matter: A Case Study of the Late Ordovician-Early Silurian in the Upper Yangtze Region and Early Cambrian in the Lower Yangtze Region, South China

<div>The Al-Fe-Mn triangular graph is used to analyze the siliceous mineral source in the segment with Si<sub>ex</sub> in the XY1 well in the lower Cambrian Wangyinpu Formation. It is found that Si<sub>ex</sub> is from hydrothermal activity origin. The base map is provided by References [<a href="/journals/geofluids/2020/8868638/#B44">44</a>–<a href="/journals/geofluids/2020/8868638/#B46">46</a>] (see Figure <a href="../fig1/">1</a> for the well location).
