Laparoscopic images of the left upper quadrant in representative mouse models of human pancreatic cancer labeled with fluorophores with different fluorescence wavelengths. Fluorescence laparoscopy with the LED light source allows identification and localization of human pancreatic tumors of different fluorescence wavelengths simultaneously with improved accuracy. The combination of RFP-expressing tumor labeled with AntiCEA Alexa 488 afforded the brightest signal [3].
