A 48-year-old male patient with a giant serous cystadenoma of the pancreas. (a) A low-density pancreatic tumor was noted on CT plain scan. (b) The tumor showed early enhancement with abundant draining vein (arrow) on arterial phase image. (c) The tumor showed honeycomb-like shapes with decreased enhancement on portal phase image.
